4 Week Group Hypnotherapy Sessions in January: Saturday 11:00-12:00

Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool. It is able to create full body and mind relaxation. By relaxing the mind and body in this way we start to reset our stress and anxiety reactions in the body. This can help with a range of issues physical and mental that are brought on via stressors in our busy lives. Allowing us to go back into the world in a clear, relaxed, and reenergised state.

As aside note this is not a physical product it is for a face to face group therapy session.

Please ensure you are able to make all 4 sessions before booking as a part or full refund for a missed or unable to attend won’t be granted on this offer.

Please wear comfortable clothing to ensure you are able to relax. We will start and finish at the times stated. If you are struggling to find the building at the bottom of the home page, you will find my phone number as well as google maps and street view of the practice rooms. There are toilets in the building and water should you need it. Other than that, just bring yourself.
