Counselling is a talking therapy, where we sit together either on video call or face to face. It is a non judgmental space to explore, understand and work on the thoughts behaviours and beliefs that feel unsettling.
I work from a homely office space/ room in the centre of Salisbury. Set out with two comfortable chairs and warmly decorated to help you feel comfortable.
Visit the Practice rooms to get an idea of what the rooms looks like.
